We want you to be completely satisfied with your Soeur purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn items in their original condition. Please ensure all tags remain attached and the original packaging is included to facilitate a smooth refund process.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items securely in their original box and include the printed return slip provided in your initial shipment.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label from our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Deliver your package to the nearest authorized carrier location and keep your receipt until your refund is processed.
